Hi there!

I'm Alexa and I'm married to a handsome man named Glenn. 'Round these parts, you can call him Glenn Coco.
Four for him, always.  <-- And if you understand that reference, we're now best friends.

We live in Charlotte, NC after spending four glorious college years at the beach in Wilmington, NC.

We got married on May 12, 2012 and it was more magical than Disney. Hey, fun fact: We actually got engaged at Disney World!

ALAS - my initials. My decision to keep {and swap around} all four names after marriage may or may not be a big middle finger to the name change gods, but either way I like being just a teensy bit unique.

I love things like: 

Cooking - Food is the way to everyone's heart :)

Dogs - If I could rescue all of the pups in the world, house them on a huge farm, and personally snuggle each of them every day, I'd happily give up all of my pennies to do so.

The Tennessee Vols - I was born and raised in TN & I will forever find a way to fashionably wear bright orange! SEC football makes me scream entirely too loud at the TV smile.

Wine - We honeymooned in Napa and a glass of Pinot Noir is simply the purest form of happiness.

 Health - The only reason I'm not a healthy living/food blogger is because I suck at taking pictures of food. That's a good excuse, right?

Birds. That's just about it. I'm terrified of them beyond belief and no explanation I provide makes it a very legitimate fear. Still be my friend?
I mean, on the plus side, I'm a pro at chasing seagulls away on the beach!
